Instructions for spin.exe Spiral Animation
download the file linked below to your desktop
place your hand beside your computer where you
can see it
double click on spin.exe, it should start the black
& white spiraling animation
stare for ~30 seconds with your eyes relaxed
and then glance down at your hand
